You can create and modify nicknames by yourself, but the naming and use of user names and nicknames should comply with relevant laws and regulations and comply with network ethics, and should not pretend to others or register maliciously to make people mistake; Do not release any information in the name of others; Do not use the registered account maliciously to cause other users to mistake it; The user name and nickname shall not contain any insulting, defamatory, obscene or violent words that infringe upon the legal rights and interests of others or violate public order and good customs. If you violate the above provisions, Xiaoyang has the right to restrict or refuse your use of the account at any time, or even cancel the account.
2.5. Please keep the user account and password you filled in when registering properly. Don't tell others about the account password. Any legal liability related to the information transmitted by the user shall be borne by the user itself, which has nothing to do with us. If any damage is caused to us or a third party, the user shall compensate in accordance with the law (including but not limited to the compensation, legal fees, investigation and evidence collection fees, attorney's fees, and travel expenses).

9.1. You understand and agree that in the process of using Xiaoyang services, you may encounter risk factors such as force majeure, which may interrupt the services provided by Xiaoyang. Force majeure refers to unforeseeable, insurmountable and unavoidable objective events that have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, epidemics and storms, as well as social events such as war, unrest, government actions, etc. In case of the above situation, Xiaoyang will try to cooperate with relevant units in the first time to repair in time, but Xiaoyang will be exempted from liability for the losses caused to you.
9.2. To the extent permitted by law, Xiaoyang shall not be liable for service interruption or obstruction caused by the following circumstances:
1) Damaged by computer viruses, trojans or other malicious programs and hackers;
2) The computer software, system, hardware and communication line of the user or Xiaoyang are faulty;
3) Improper user operation;
4) Users use the Xiaoyang service in a way not authorized by Xiaoyang;
5) Other circumstances beyond Xiao Yang's control or reasonably foreseeable.
9.3. You understand and agree that in the process of using Xiaoyang's services, you may encounter risks caused by network information or other user behaviors. These risks include but are not limited to:
1) Information containing threatening, defamatory, offensive or illegal content from others anonymously or under false names;
2) Any psychological, physical injury and economic loss caused or likely to be caused by others' misleading, cheating or other reasons for using the services under this agreement;
3) Other risks caused by network information or user behavior.
9.4. You understand and agree that the services provided by Xiaoyang are not designed for certain specific purposes (including but not limited to nuclear facilities, military purposes, medical facilities, transportation and communication and other important fields). If the above operations fail due to software or services, Xiaoyang will not bear legal liability for casualties, property losses and environmental damage.
9.5. Our company has the right to deal with illegal and illegal contents according to this agreement. This right does not constitute the obligation or commitment of Xiaoyang, and Xiaoyang cannot guarantee to find out the illegal behaviors in time or deal with them accordingly.
9.6. Under no circumstances should you credibly borrow money, ask for passwords or other network information involving property. If property operation is involved, please verify the identity of the other party first, and always pay attention to the tips on fraud prevention issued by Xiaoyang or other departments.
10.1. When you enter SXColorExpress and use Xiaoyang's service, you will be deemed to have read this agreement and accepted its binding.
10.2. Xiaoyang has the right to modify the terms of this agreement if necessary. You can check the latest version of the terms of the agreement on the relevant service page.
10.3. After the terms of this agreement are changed, if you continue to use the services provided by Xiaoyang, you will be deemed to have accepted the modified agreement. If you do not accept the modified agreement, you should exit SXColorExpress and stop using the services provided by Xiaoyang.
11.1. Xiaoyang may change the service content from time to time, and may also interrupt, suspend or terminate the service.
11.2. In case of any of the following circumstances, Xiaoyang has the right to interrupt or terminate the services provided to you without notice:

2) You are suspected of violating relevant laws and regulations;
